COVID-19 Office Protocols

Amidst the current public health crisis, we wanted to let you know that we are here for you.

We will continue to offer services through telemedicine and are reopening for visits in the office with strict safety measures in place,

see below.

  • Before scheduling an office visit, all patients are encouraged to have an initial virtual consultation, especially for new patients. This will shorten the amount of time needed in the office, if an in-person visit is needed. Online scheduling is available here, you may also call, text or email our office to schedule an appointment.

  • All individuals scheduled for an office appointment will be asked screening questions  on the day of their appointment assessing their risk for COVID-19 and will have their temperature checked. Any patient screening positive will be rescheduled for a later date, when they no longer are at risk.

  • All individuals entering our offices must be masked, in keeping with the Secretary of Health’s order. We will provide you a mask if you do not have one.

  • Patients driving to an appointment will be asked to wait in their car and text us when they arrive, to limit exposure to others in the waiting room.

  • Unless necessary for care, we ask that no partners accompany patients to their office visit.

  • Patient appointments will be spaced out through the day to allow time for a thorough cleaning and sanitation process.
